Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

1. Manage client accounts, ensuring that client needs are met, and solutions are delivered effectively.
2. Support the development and execution of account strategies and contribute to profitable growth.
3. Maintain regular client communication, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute account-related projects.
5. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the account portfolio.
6. Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations.
7. Actively monitor industry trends and adapt account strategies accordingly.
8. Support and mentor junior account management professionals in their growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven success in account leadership roles, achieving or surpassing sales and revenue targets, and fostering client relationships.
• Leadership, strategic planning skills, effective communication, and a track record of contributing to business growth.
• Continuous learner with industry knowledge and technological awareness.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Account Executive (CAE) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus.
