The Manager – FM Service Integration supports FM operational readiness, integration, and service delivery strategies within The LINE FM organization. Reporting to the Director – Strategy and Partnerships, this role ensures that FM principles are embedded into all aspects of planning, design, and operational workflows. The Manager collaborates with internal FM teams, external stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to validate and operationalize FM requirements, supporting NEOM’s vision for innovative and sustainable urban environments. The Manager works closely with FM operational teams, design consultants, and project teams to confirm that FM requirements are met throughout the asset lifecycle. |
