ROLE OVERVIEW

The Manager – FM Service Integration supports FM operational readiness, integration, and service delivery strategies within The LINE FM organization. Reporting to the Director – Strategy and Partnerships, this role ensures that FM principles are embedded into all aspects of planning, design, and operational workflows. The Manager collaborates with internal FM teams, external stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to validate and operationalize FM requirements, supporting NEOM’s vision for innovative and sustainable urban environments. The Manager works closely with FM operational teams, design consultants, and project teams to confirm that FM requirements are met throughout the asset lifecycle.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES

The Manager – FM Service Integration responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Operational Requirements Validation

  • Support FM operational principles, ensuring they are reflected in The LINE FM’s integration and readiness objectives.
  • Validate that FM principles are systematically applied across readiness plans, project workflows, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Contribute expertise to ensure assets are designed and maintained with serviceability, maintainability, and operational efficiency in mind.
  • Define FM-specific KPIs for operational readiness and integrate them into validation processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with stakeholders to enhance understanding of FM principles and operational requirements.

Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Work closely with the LINE FM team to define, refine, and prioritize FM requirements.
  • Partner with design, construction, and operational readiness teams to ensure FM principles are integrated seamlessly into workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between FM operational teams and strategic initiatives led by the Director – Strategy and Partnerships to maintain alignment.

Lifecycle and Maintenance Planning

  • Support the development of maintenance strategies that align with operational and lifecycle objectives.
  • Ensure FM requirements are optimized for long-term asset performance and cost efficiency.
  • Provide input to lifecycle models and data-driven maintenance planning.
  • Collaborate with FM teams on risk-based strategies to ensure maintainability and performance of critical systems.

Governance and Compliance

  • Support compliance with NEOM policies, global standards, and operational frameworks.
  • Contribute to reporting mechanisms that demonstrate FM integration performance.
  • Assist in the development of FM governance documentation and interface protocols.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor FM industry advancements and propose integration opportunities.
  • Participate in pilots and evaluations of FM tools and technologies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on integration, performance, and service delivery enhancement.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7+of experience in facilities management, with a focus on operational readiness and lifecycle planning.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating FM requirements into design, construction, and commissioning processes.
  • Experience engaging with cross-functional technical and leadership stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Certifications in facilities management (e.g., IFMA CFM), asset management (e.g., IAM, CAMA), or relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 41001) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with BSRIA, Soft Landings, or equivalent FM integration frameworks is a plus.
