Job Responsibilities

1. You will take ownership of client projects, drive day-to-day execution, and ensure the quality of team deliverables.
2. You will collaborate with highly qualified teammates to deliver some of the most strategic and impactful projects in the region.
3. You will act as a project leader, helping the team conduct high-quality analysis, bring insights to clients, and lead client interactions and presentations.
4. You will coach and support junior colleagues.
5. You will contribute to business development and institutional activities to help us grow Sparc.

Required Qualifications

1. More than 6 years of consulting experience with leading companies, preferably in the Middle East region.
2. Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with an outstanding academic record (advanced degree or MBA is preferred).
3. Excellent problem-solving and fast learning skills.
4. Proven ability to lead teams and motivate others.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to take initiative and make things happen.
6. Fluency in English and Arabic.
