A leading consulting firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned professional specializing in finance and strategic consulting with over 10 years of experience. The role involves advising clients on various aspects of global business services and digital transformation, along with leading design assessments for shared service operations. Candidates with knowledge in resources, utilities, or aviation, as well as Arabic language skills, are preferred. Competitive rewards and flexible work arrangements are offered.
Key Responsibilities
Leading assessment and design of the Shared Services Target Operating Model, including detailed Governance and Interaction Model, preparation for Transition, baselining across sites, and business case development for the proposed organizational structure.
Assess how GenAI and Agentic architecture can be leveraged to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
Perform Shared Service feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects, and propose Transformation Roadmaps.
Implement performance and continuous improvement measures
Manage change impact assessments during transitions for various business units.
Contribute significantly to the sales pipeline and business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and presentations.
