Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of massage treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Sports Massage
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable therapies to address individual health and wellness goals
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared prior to each session, maintaining strict hygiene standards
• Provide additional wellness services such as manicures and pedicures following appropriate training
• Upsell services and promote wellness programs to clients to enhance their experience
• Maintain professional relationships and always ensure client satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth and efficient day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, such as 5-star hotels, resorts of wellness centres
• Certification in sports massage is preferred
• Proficiency in a wide range of massage techniques is essential
• Knowledge of pedicure/manicure is an advantage
• Male candidate preferred, ideally aged between 25 and 40 years

What We Offer:

• Salary: Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications, ranging from SAR 2,500 – 3,500 per month
• Accommodation & Transport: Free accommodation and transportation
• Commission: 5% commission on all personal services performed
• Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave upon completion of 2 years
• Working Hours: 6 days’ work and 1 rest day per week
• Flights: Round-trip economy flight tickets are provided every 2 years
• Work Permit: Iqama (work residency permit) and visa sponsorship provided
