1. Lead and organize school events and programs.
2. If required, observe other members of staff.

4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student success.
5. Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curricula and improve teaching strategies.
7. Work with and assist other administration staff.

Qualifications :

1. Leadership experience in education.
2. Bachelor's degree in Education and/or related field; Teaching certification preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Passionate about education and committed to student development.
