Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure good performance of the maintenance technical team.
2. Ensure that equipment/machinery run optimally with minimal downtime, breakdowns, and short stops.
3. Respond quickly to major equipment breakdowns.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the direct and factory managers, including maintenance reports, data collection, improvements, new installations, and projects.
5. Monitor regular maintenance activities in the factory.
6. Perform preventive maintenance on all machinery.
7. Participate in corrective maintenance.
8. Assist in industrial work such as machinery installation.
9. Set and track maintenance KPIs.
