Nhara Healthcare Industries is hiring Maintenance Technician responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and production downtime to minimize disruption.
• Diagnose and repair issues in equipment used in the manufacturing of medical products such as wound care, surgical packs, and other healthcare materials.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update equipment records.
• Support the installation and setup of new machinery and production lines.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, health, and GMP standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory and request restocking when needed.
• Assist in facility maintenance, including HVAC, lighting, water supply, and utilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role; experience in a medical or pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and machine schematics.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance systems.
• Hands-on experience with production machinery, PLCs, pumps, compressors, and automation systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and teamwork skills.
