Job description

- Maintenance Technician

# Maintenance Technician

Operating, maintaining, and repairing responsible equipment. Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks. Generating failure reports and implementing corrective measures for major incidents to reduce and prevent failures. Ensuring that the machine areas and work environment are free of hazards. Coordinating repair activities with the team supervisor. Submitting maintenance reports daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually, including work progress updates to the supervisor. Conducting preventive maintenance inspections and performing actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, and replacing damaged parts. Performing corrective maintenance following established work procedures. Adhering to all safety protocols, including LOTO and 5S. Covering production equipment daily in the assigned area, completing scheduled preventive maintenance. Responding to alarms, resolving equipment breakdowns, and fulfilling production requests efficiently to minimize downtime. Conducting calibration activities on all jigs, fixtures, tools, machines, and equipment. Performing any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager to meet job requirements. Qualifications:

  1. A diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  2. At least 2 years of experience with electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
  3. Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
  4. Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
