As a Maintenance Technician, you perform, monitor, and evaluate preventative maintenance plans, continually working towards improving equipment and processes. You Will

• Perform maintenance on blow molding and injection molding manufacturing equipment to ensure uninterrupted and optimal operations
• Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficiency and correctness
• Repair and rebuild spare parts
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, and procedures
• Expand your expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation and modification projects

You Have

• Ability to work 1st shift, along with overtime as needed
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer, and Airveyor
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation

You’ll Earn

• $25 and up, based on experience
• Night shift includes a shift differential of $2
