Maintenance & Warehouse In‑Charge

Maintenance (Restaurant & Café Equipment)
- Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance for hot‑kitchen and café equipment: ovens, fryers, grills, combis, chillers/freezers, ice machines, espresso machines, grinders, brewers, blenders, HVAC, water filtration, and plumbing.
- Maintain asset register, service schedules, and parts lists; log all jobs, spares, and downtime.
- Calibrate café equipment (espresso/grinder), check temperature probes, and ensure exhaust hood/duct cleaning and grease trap servicing per schedule.
- Respond to breakdowns to minimize service interruption during trading hours; plan major works in off‑peak times.
- Coordinate with approved vendors; raise/work POs, supervise onsite work, and verify completion vs scope and SLAs.
- Enforce HACCP/HSE compliance (lock‑out/tag‑out, PPE, permits‑to‑work) and keep maintenance records for audits.
- Support new store openings, moves, and refurbishments (M&E readiness, utilities, signage, and snag lists).
Warehouse & Inventory (Food, Café & Packaging)
- Lead receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of F&B goods (dry, chilled, frozen), café beans, syrups, dairy, packaging, chemicals, and spare parts.
- Protect the cold chain; maintain temperature logs, data loggers, and corrective‑action records.
- Apply FIFO/FEFO, batch/expiry tracking, and quarantine/returns for non‑conforming products.
- Perform cycle counts and monthly stock‑takes; investigate variances and report stock accuracy %.
- Uphold storage standards: temperature zoning, allergen segregation, MSDS for chemicals, cleanliness, and pest control coordination.
- Optimize racking, space utilization, and van/route dispatch to branches, coordinate store delivery windows.
- Process ERP transactions (GRN/GRV, transfers, write‑offs) and keep documentation audit‑ready.
Skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of3 years of experiencein therestaurant and café industry.
- English(reading, writing, and speaking).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Age25–45.
- Malecandidate.
- Strong MS Excel/ERP skills (inventory & maintenance modules) and familiarity with HACCP/HSE.
- Ability to lift/move goods safely and work across multiple sites as needed.
- Able to work in Jeddah /Makkah.
