What You Will Enjoy Doing

Responsibilities include:

1. Organizing maintenance plans in coordination with supervisors
2. Ensuring maintenance records are accurately kept and available
3. Providing timely maintenance reports on downtimes and spare parts
4. Establishing maintenance procedures aligned with company policies
5. Arranging and attending repair works safely and efficiently
6. Planning repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize impact on machine efficiency
7. Managing spare parts availability and arrangements
8. Ensuring staff adherence to policies and procedures
9. Facilitating communication within the maintenance team and other departments
10. Reporting daily activities and issues to Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
11. Safeguarding maintenance tools and equipment
12. Troubleshooting and repairing machinery issues
13. Inspecting machines daily for unusual functions, sounds, or wear
14. Reporting issues promptly for corrective action
15. Performing preventive maintenance as per schedule
16. Participating in installations and projects assigned by superiors
17. Maintaining logs and records according to SOPs
18. Maintaining a resourceful and professional approach
19. Repairing and maintaining plant machinery such as injection and blowing machines, compressors, and pumps
20. Reporting any performance-impacting issues to superiors

Person Specifications:

Education/Professional Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a 2-year technical/mechanical degree

Experience

• 3-5 years of knowledge in plastics blow molding or injection molding equipment, molds, and control systems
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing role
• Experience with Husky Machines

Qualifications/Skills/Personal Competencies

• Strong understanding of health and safety practices
• Excellent communication (English) and organizational skills
• Leadership and motivational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Ability to learn maintenance software for data entry and parts research
• Effective interaction with production, quality, and logistics teams
