Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor performs all general and preventive maintenance duties related to production equipment, facility, and equipment maintenance; including equipment inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY:

• Function as a Maintenance Supervisor for the Internal Pipe Coating and Custom Plants.
• Perform all maintenance duties according to the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.
• Conduct qualification tests using necessary gauges to verify coating equipment meets SOP standards.
• Inform the Plant Manager or his designee of any disturbances or irregularities in the production flow.
• Record Daily Maintenance Reports, AIMS, and all necessary reports regarding operations.
• Follow all company HSEMS, QMS policies, and procedures.
• Perform scheduled preventive and general maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems, motors, conveyor systems, PLCs, and support equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and productivity standards.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and electrical schematic drawings to perform maintenance and services. Knowledge of PLCs is an advantage.
• Communicate with management after inspections to facilitate planning and scheduling.
• Continuously seek to improve quality and productivity.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support safety initiatives.
• Assist in equipment maintenance activities as directed.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee.

• Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and controls.
• Good communication skills to work with all employee levels and assist line operators.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

• Diploma or college degree.
