An excellent opportunity in a dynamic manufacturing environment, for a Global Oil & Gas Service company! as a Maintenance Supervisor.

Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support our oilfield operations by ensuring the maintenance, repair, and readiness of cased hole wireline equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireline logging tools—including Sondex and GoWell tools, and possess advanced troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on wireline cased hole equipment, including logging tools, Sondex tools, GoWell tools, and surface systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues on wireline equipment.
• Conduct function tests and calibrations on tools to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate service records, logs, and equipment status reports in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Inspect and assess tools returned from the field to determine required maintenance or repairs.
• Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and configuration of wireline tools and related components.
• Monitor and manage inventory of critical spare parts and consumables.
• Coordinate with field crews and engineering personnel to troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues.
• Participate in technical training and development to stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in a technical or engineering field; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireline tool maintenance, with a focus on cased hole services.
• Hands-on experience with Sondex and GoWell tool suites is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and following detailed maintenance procedures.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and tool tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
