An established industry player is seeking a skilled professional to enhance their technical operations. This role involves executing training and deployment of standard practices, controlling maintenance tasks, and developing operational protocols to optimize resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in aviation planning, strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, and excellent communication skills. - Execute duties, training, and deployment of standard practices within THC Technical Operations divisions.
- Participate in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
- Control all maintenance tasks/work orders for THC fleet and components.
- Train assistant planners on departmental functions.
- Develop operation protocols and coordinate with Part 145 DOM, operations DOM (Part 121, 135, and 133), and logistics department to ensure optimal resource utilization and minimize aircraft ground time.
- Coordinate and allocate resources for AOG cases and remote operations.
- Ensure timely updates of the company's system regarding completed maintenance, in accordance with manuals.
- Review and issue performance reports for department and personnel.
- Develop processes and protocols for maintaining and controlling fleet technical records.
- Assist in investigations and resolve planning-related issues.
- Report events, projects, and maintenance plans to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of work and information.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
GACA (FAA/EASA) certification preferred.
Over 4 years of experience in planning or the aviation field.
Proven experience with Aircraft Maintenance and Regulatory Compliance Management solutions such as CAMP, AMOS, TIS, SAP, Oracle, etc.
Knowledge of GACARs Part 121, 133, 135, and 145 is advantageous.
Aircraft type technical training is an advantage.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong knowledge of planning, production planning, and Aircraft Inspection Program (AIP).
Understanding of maintenance planning and control in technical operations.
Good work habits, strong ethics, and adherence to company policies and etiquette.
Knowledge of aircraft operations and GACA (FAA/EASA) regulations concerning maintenance planning.
Process-oriented with strict adherence to laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Highly organized with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
