Job description

Understand and apply internal policies and procedures in alignment with NAPCO's business environment and objectives.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms within a business context.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support decision-making and reporting processes.
Use both national and foreign languages effectively in daily tasks and communications.
Plan and organize maintenance tasks and projects to ensure timely execution and achievement of departmental goals.
Operate standard office equipment and software efficiently for reporting and coordination purposes.
Monitor equipment condition using real-time data to prioritize maintenance and minimize downtime.
Operate NAPCO's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and related software to track maintenance activities.
Schedule and coordinate preventive and planned maintenance tasks to ensure smooth equipment operation.
Monitor quality across the maintenance and manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standards and support process improvement.
