Specialist – Budget Control & Maintenance Planning (Facilities)

We are looking for a results-driven Specialist – Budget Control & Maintenance Planning to join a large-scale manufacturing facility environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, operational excellence, and structured maintenance planning across hard and soft facility services.

Role Overview

You will lead facility maintenance planning and budget control by developing accurate forecasts, tracking expenditures, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and driving continuous improvement—while ensuring compliance with financial, operational, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage preventive maintenance programs in line with OEM guidelines and FM best practices
  • Coordinate and track corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely closure of work orders
  • Maintain a detailed asset registry and maintenance history using SAP PM/CM modules
  • Prepare and monitor budget utilization reports and cost forecasts
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure HSE compliance during maintenance execution
