Maintenance Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor s degree or equivalent in engineering

Professional Qualifications/Required Experience:

• Review EPSCC Technical documentation (CMMS, P&ID, PFD, Maintenance Plans, Spare parts lists)
• Support the engineering team in the construction of the functional location hierarchy
• Develop maintenance philosophy, plan and schedule in coordination with the operation and maintenance department following international standards and quality requirements
• Prepare and deliver preventive maintenance plan and program on condition monitoring plan, operation and maintenance manuals, lubrication plan
• Develop maintenance deliverables and procedures in accordance with technical specifications and safety and targeting plant up time maximization
• Collect from suppliers, review and amend spare parts
• Prepare from suppliers, review and amend spare parts
• Implement and maintain client CMMS

Languages:

• French is a plus

• Conduct and manage all small projects (reliability increase)
• Manage the computerized maintenance system (UNISUP) to optimize the maintenance methodology/procedures, Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Review and update all CMS (Company Management System) documents related to Maintenance
• Ensure with the assistance of Discipline Leaders, the Maintenance Engineering of any modification & new projects
• Coordinate the Maintenance strategies and procedures with the Lead Discipline Engineers
• Assist the Discipline Leaders in reviewing, updating or preparing the new M&I procedures and maintain the IM content of the Company Management System
• Overview the format and content of regular Maintenance reports.
• Administer and coordinate all technical aspects of Stock Management, in liaison with the Discipline Engineers
