Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the maintenance department ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new maintenance contracts and retain existing clients.
• Manage client relationships and maintain a strong client database.
• Supervise maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and reports.
• Motivate and lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably within facilities management, engineering, or contracting sectors.

Strong client network and ability to bring in maintenance contracts.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Engineering or technical background is a plus.
