Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the maintenance department ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new maintenance contracts and retain existing clients.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain a strong client database.
  • Supervise maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and reports.
  • Motivate and lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably within facilities management, engineering, or contracting sectors.
  • Strong client network and ability to bring in maintenance contracts.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Engineering or technical background is a plus.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
