On behalf of our esteemed client, we are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across a high-capacity manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in mechanical maintenance within steel, metal fabrication, or heavy industrial sectors.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse maintenance team, ensuring optimum performance and technical excellence.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure smooth equipment and facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a strong culture of safety.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital assets.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery and utilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, HSE, etc.).
• Generate regular reports, analysis, and recommendations for operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong industry background in steel, fabrication, heavy manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP or CMMS tools, and equipment lifecycle planning.
• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent leadership and communication skills.
