We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineer. The focus of this role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard, and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern:
This role includes working in a non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize health & safety best practices in all work, ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance for FC assets, including material handling and automation systems.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems such as relay logic, ladder diagrams, sensors, scanners, motor starters, relays, limit switches, electronic sensors, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, and mechanical components.
- Promote safety awareness within the team and across the site.
- Manage day-to-day engineering and soft services, including housekeeping and premises upkeep.
- Ensure EHS and statutory compliance, including waste management and license renewals.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Provide feedback to enhance individual performance and prioritize resources effectively under high pressure.
- Oversee facility operations, including conveyor system maintenance, supervising maintenance work and subcontractors, and implementing system checks via computerized maintenance management systems.
- Support technicians through motivation, knowledge sharing, and hands-on experience.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain experience in functional maintenance within a reliability-centered environment.
- Have knowledge of diverse MHS, mechanical, electrical, automation, controls, and robotics systems.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling within industrial or manufacturing/distribution settings.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or automation engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Understand facility maintenance and management systems, tools, and procedures.
