Maintenance Engineer

We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Engineer.

Work Location: Riyadh, SA

Role: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our residential properties systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all building systems.
• Analyze equipment and system malfunctions and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Supervise maintenance activities and provide technical guidance to the maintenance team.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Foreman to schedule daily tasks and ensure resource optimization.
• Oversee the maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Should have citizenship or a work permit in Saudi Arabia.
