- Oversee the installation, calibration, and operation of silo equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct planned and unplanned maintenance activities for devices in branches, ensuring operational continuity.
- Ensure the implementation of emergency response maintenance mechanisms, which include the availability of the right personnel and delegation to perform the required repairs.
- Keep track of maintenance-related inventory levels to ensure quick and effective response times to emergency maintenance cases.
- Support in defining maintenance budget required for spare parts and repair activities.
- Generate comprehensive mechanical and electrical reports, addressing technical defects and maintenance status.
- Monitor maintenance work contracts, ensuring strict compliance with safety instructions and procedures.
- Maintain electronic or manual records for each device or equipment, ensuring efficient tracking.
- Prepare and submit detailed periodic reports to the HQ maintenance unit for review.

- Suggest and implement branch enhancements including, but not limited to, layout enhancements, maintenance procedures, etc.
