We are looking for an open-minded, highly motivated person to reinforce the Customer Service Operations team . In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services and support to our customers ensuring that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in the mechanics, electronics, and automation field by performing services on our clients’ sites.
You will be traveling 75% of your time to our customer sites
1.Participate in preparing customer site for installations events , assembling machines and conveyers
2.Participate in the installation of relevant re building kits according to procedure and reinstate equipment into production environment
3.Use of TPMS tool to report preventive maintenance, correct work
4.Good Knowledge and understanding of relevant technical documentation
5.Proactively contribute with opportunities and ideas regarding business development of customers
6.Execute all work in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
7.Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and that TP’s reputation is sustained.
1.Technical school diploma or equivalent with focus on technical hands-on work or Bachelor's degree or higher, or equal experience in the field as Maintenance Engineer.
2.1-2 years' work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
3.1-2 years' experience in PLC, electrical and electronic systems in general
4.Ability to repair machines onsite ,Willingness to develop skills and perform maintenance and/or repair work and installations tasks.
5.Willing to travel extensively
6.English language: Basic level in both writing and verbally
7.Driving license
8.Good command of computer skills
9.Strong knowledge of MS Office
10.Proven understanding of Customer Satisfaction and business vision
11.Initiative and ability to work in team
12.Customer oriented and result oriented attitude with performance indicators, with focus on productivity, quality of delivery
