Role Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs, enhance equipment efficiency, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. This role also supports technician development and contributes to optimizing plant performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement corrective and preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and monitor machines to improve efficiency and reduce stoppages.
  • Execute shutdown activities with the Maintenance Supervisor and participate in major planned shutdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Support technician training, prepare weekly maintenance reports, and perform FAT/SAT tests for new machines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience in maintenance or a related engineering role.
  • Manufacturing experience in Saudi is a Must.
  • Technical expertise in Control, PLC, SCADA, cGMP, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Preferable: knowledge of Hydraulic systems.
