Job Purpose:

• Machinery, Equipment & Utilities Repairs and Maintenance
• TRUMPF Laser / Punching / Bending Machine Maintenance — CNC maintenance
• Preventive / BD maintenance of Pneumatic tools
• Preventive / BD maintenance of Printing cell machines
• Preventive / BD maintenance of module build cell machines
• Execution of preventive maintenance plan for bulk warehouse machinery and equipment
• Preventive maintenance of Powder Paint Plant, RCT, Zinc spray
• Utility Maintenance — Compressor, Electric Stackers
• Projects — Continuous improvements, Modifications
• Training of production and maintenance staff
• Installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Sourcing new suppliers for spare parts
• Working with D365 Asset Maintenance system

Key Accountabilities:

• Attending breakdown calls and performing scheduled maintenance
• Routine maintenance as per schedule
• Generating maintenance activity reports

• Participating in cost control activities
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives
• Implementing HSE and environmental standards
• Working independently and with team members to communicate plant issues
• Coordinating with departments for daily activities
• Meeting departmental KPIs
• Maintaining systems according to schedules
• Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Maintaining ISO-compliant records for maintenance and training
• Allocating daily work tasks to team members
• Reporting daily to line manager

Performance Indicators:

• Machine uptime KPI: 98% and above
• Zero accidents at workplace
• Achievement of departmental KPIs

Job Context:

This position is responsible for all the duties listed under Key Responsibilities and contributes to the company's growth. The role is based in Lucy Saudi Arabia and involves undertaking additional responsibilities as directed by the line manager. Adherence to all health & safety policies and procedures is mandatory.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication machinery
• 5-7 years' experience in maintenance, preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry
• Good exposure to industrial maintenance in the Gulf region
