**Job Summary:**

The Maintenance Engineer ensures optimal operational efficiency by maintaining, inspecting, and repairing industrial machinery. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and enhance reliability in a fast-paced industrial environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Equipment Maintenance & Repairs:**

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on machinery (e.g., CNC, conveyors, HVAC).

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using technical manuals and schematics.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.

- **Safety & Compliance:**

- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols.

- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments; provide staff training on safety practices.

- **Documentation & Inventory:**

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history via CMMS.

- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.

- **Continuous Improvement:**

- Recommend equipment upgrades and process optimizations to boost productivity.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

- **Project Management:**

- Lead installation, commissioning, and upgrade projects for new equipment.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to align maintenance with operational goals.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

- **Experience:** 3-5 years in industrial maintenance; familiarity with PLCs, pneumatics, and Hydraulic system .

- **Skills:**

- Proficiency in CMMS, hand/power tools, and reading technical schematics.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
