Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Receive instructions from Maintenance Unit Head/Manager regarding specific projects and prepare project plans accordingly.
  2. Coordinate with the Maintenance Unit Head/Manager on project resourcing to ensure adequate resource allocation for project execution.
  3. Coordinate with the Store regarding delays in delivery of critical parts and update Maintenance Management accordingly.
  4. Assist the Maintenance team in troubleshooting breakdowns and performing scheduled and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as needed.
  5. Design specific projects, particularly related to machine parts electrical or mechanical upgrades, and submit them to Maintenance Management for review and approval; oversee the execution process.
  6. Analyze maintenance data, such as repetitive breakdowns, delays in PM, and spare parts consumption, and propose action plans to Maintenance Management.
  7. Perform outsourced maintenance calibration tasks as instructed by the Maintenance Unit Head, including coordinating with Local Purchasing Unit (LPC) for calibration schedules, overseeing external calibration, and updating calibration records.
  8. Implement 5S practices according to the set plan to improve working conditions.

Education & Experience:

High proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic is required, preferably acquired through a university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Special Working Conditions:

  • Good physical condition, ability to work under high stress, and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work in alternating shifts.
