Job Description

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for machinery, equipment, and utilities repairs and maintenance. This includes:

• Maintenance of TRUMPF Laser, Punching, and Bending Machines (CNC)
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of pneumatic tools, printing cell machines, module build cell machines, and other machinery
• Execution of preventive maintenance plans for warehouse machinery, powder paint plant, RCT, zinc spray systems, compressors, and electric stackers
• Implementation of continuous improvement projects and modifications
• Training production and maintenance staff
• Installation and commissioning of new machinery
• Sourcing spare parts from alternate suppliers
• Working with D365 Asset Maintenance system

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machinery and equipment maintenance and servicing
• Respond to breakdown calls and conduct scheduled routine maintenance
• Generate maintenance reports
• Participate in cost control and continuous improvement activities
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments for daily operations
• Maintain records of maintenance activities as per ISO standards
• Train and oversee maintenance team members
