We’re searching for a talented individual to join the company as an Maintenance Assistant Manager within the Facility & Plant Maintenance department.

As Maintenance Assistant Manager, you’ll oversee and manage tasks within the central workshop and site maintenance across the client’s expansive site.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Building and recruiting for the technical team
2. Supporting automobile manufacturing shops – Press, Body, Paint, GA, and indirect functions
3. Supervising and motivating staff
4. Maintaining communication with stakeholders
5. Contributing to workshop capabilities development
6. Enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance activities

Attending OEM training and some hands-on operation of equipment and machinery will be part of your role, especially to support new hires.
