Job description

Sound knowledge of machining best practices related to CNC and conventional lathe, boring, drilling, and milling machines. Sound knowledge of mechanical drawings, clearances, measurements, instruments, and dimensional control. Experience in CNC programming with Siemens and FANUC. Planning of work and resource allocation. Supervisory skills, including consumables planning and resource management. Hardworking, physically fit, capable of working in extreme climatic conditions, with an understanding of basic commands.

Industry Experience

Minimum 6 years in a ship repair yard, either in a heavy-duty workshop or onboard vessels.
