Job Description

A manufacturing company has an opportunity available for an individual to operate and tend to machines and apply labels to outgoing shipments of industrial and consumer products. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Job Duties:

• Prepare products for delivery, storage, and handling
• Move materials to ensure a smooth workflow and operate a forklift
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe operation
• Keep inventory of all labels
• Print labels using SAP, read Process Orders, and verify the correct amount of labels and correct pails
• Maintain Labeler Machine housekeeping duties daily
• Perform other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of how to operate automated label machines
• Ability to maintain a one-day lead on labeled pails for production
• Computer literate; SAP experience is a plus
• Safety-conscious with the ability to keep the Label Machine and work area clean and orderly
