  • Mechanical aptitude & willingness to learn—on-the-job training provided
  • Train on first shift, then move to second shift
  • Grow your knowledge & skills through various training & on-the-job experiences
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches and micrometers
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Stand for an 8-hour shift
