Job Description for Pipe Machine Operator

• Handle a Pipe Machine with understanding and willingness to learn the production process.

• Work accurately according to production papers, quality procedures, and work instructions.

• Understand dimension sheets, drawings, checking frequency, and tolerances.

• Actively cooperate with the team, especially during capacity bottlenecks.

• Organize workflow and handle overhead and jib cranes.

• Identify issues affecting efficiency and suggest improvements.

• Monitor and maintain the service and maintenance of production machines.

• Work effectively in teams with basic knowledge of TPM and 5-S Workshop principles.

• Manage time efficiently within the workplace.

• Report daily production on time tickets.

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in the metal industry, preferably in related fields such as milling, gear hobbing, pipe cutting, or pipe industry in general.

Your Profile

• Diploma or technical education in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production and manufacturing, preferably in the pipe and heavy metal industry.
