Job description

Responsibilities / Performance Measures

• Production Workflow: Able to operate the extrusion & wrapping machines efficiently to maximize output with minimal wastage. Ensure correct feeding/mixing of resins and availability of raw materials before production. Ensure printing meets standards/client specifications. Follow operational procedures and report issues during production.
• Pipe Extrusion Line: Run checklist before startup, verify raw materials and tooling, set up machines for required sizes, adjust parameters to prevent defects, maintain proper dimensions (OD, ID, wall thickness), inspect products, and keep production records.
• Tape Wrapping Line: Run checklist before startup, verify tape specifications, set up machines for required sizes, adjust temperature parameters, coordinate wrapping stations, inspect wrapped products, and maintain records.
• Fitting Installation: Take dimensions of steel fittings and pipe samples, operate fitting installation machines proficiently.
• HSE: Comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures, use PPE, keep areas clean, maintain tools and equipment, report safety issues.
