We are seeking skilled and experienced Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience operating industrial machinery in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment. This role requires operating and maintaining various machines with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the following machines:

• Shot Blasting Machines
• Laser Plate Processing Machines
• Hydraulic Shearing Machines (3m – 6m capacity)
• Band Saws
• Profile Rolling Machines
• Plate Rolling Machines
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Set up machines for production, including tool changes and adjustments.
• Monitor operations and ensure produced components meet required tolerances and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Record production data and submit reports as required.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control teams.
