• Prepare schedules for crew on jobsite.
• Direct crews, equipment and subcontractors as required to ensure the project is completed on schedule and on budget.
• Ensure the application of common operational procedures.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections.
• Control and monitor materials on site and report requirements to site engineers.
• Ensure all work is completed according to schedule.
• Liaise with site engineers on cost control and waste management.
