Our goal is to offer the greatest selection of luxury products and services with an exceptional customer experience. In this role you must exceed targets and maximize sales and revenues. You will work with multiple departments to ensure you reach your assigned target.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Identify key market segments, potential partners, and sales channels.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for the new country. Identify and engage with potential clients via cold calls, networking, events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Build strong relationships with local influencers, business partners, and potential clients.
  • Promote brand awareness in the local market. Identify and onboard local distributors, agents, or resellers (if applicable).
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with strategic partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and ensure repeat business.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate market insights to headquarters.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Report regularly to headquarters on progress, market updates, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts.

Requirements
