As a LSS Account Manager, you are to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts for Conveyors and Sortation Systems for the airport & e-commerce industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
2. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
5. Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

1. Bachelor degree with electrotechnical / automation control / mechanical design.
2. Over 3 years working experience in BHS / Soter solutions / warehouse logistics solutions.
3. Candidates with Engineering / R&D / field service background are preferred.
4. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage as the role involves communication with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
