Logistics Supervisor - Special Handling Fulfillment Network

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will monitor multiple sites from an operational and compliance perspective. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches and meet operational metrics. With a focus on customer obsession and ownership, you will identify patterns and disruptions, analyze data, and foresee implications. Flexibility to work weekends, overnight shifts, and travel to sites for launch, setup, and monitoring is required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor operations of assigned sites and implement improvements.
2. Identify useful data from multiple sources and take necessary actions.
3. Forecast implications based on current data and trends.
4. Notify relevant parties promptly, problem-solve, and implement recurrence prevention.
5. Serve as liaison between stakeholders, respecting objectives, limits, and privacy.
6. Train and direct associates to ensure adherence to norms and practices.
7. Audit sites for operational compliance, restrictions, and norms.

Basic Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
