As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role involves taking orders, providing pricing information, performing consultative sales, and explaining services and benefits. You will also support both new and existing customers while ensuring timely delivery of shipments and addressing any complaints. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to succeed in this dynamic role.Responsibilities:
