Position Summary

As part of our expanding operations in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Logistic specialist to drive logistics operations & ERP implementation while supporting the design and finalization of a new storage facility for aviation parts and GSE.

This position will be instrumental in ensuring efficient supply chain execution, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization while laying the groundwork for future team expansion.

Saudi Nationals or candidates with a valid employment visa are preferred.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for all Logistic / stores related activities.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.

Coordinate last-mile delivery for aircraft parts, tools, and GSE shipments.

Perform incoming inspection on tools and materials.

Optimize lead times, cost efficiency, and warehouse handling.

Work with freight forwarders to set up and optimize lane rates.

Establish inventory control and warehouse best practices.

Support the development of operational processes for logistics.

Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabia's regulations.

Develop KPIs for logistics performance and cost tracking.

Support business scalability.

Minimum Requirements

Degree in in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, ideally in aviation, MRO industries or equivalent combination of education and experience whereby requisite knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated.

2-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge in aerospace storage conditions (i.e : sensitive parts, hazardous materials).

Saudi Experience: Familiar with local compliance, customs clearance, and freight networks.
