We're Hiring: Logistics Specialist | Zamil Air Conditioners – HVAC Sector

We are looking for an experienced logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence to be part of a leading name in the HVAC manufacturing industry.

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Department: Supply Chain

Experience Required: 3–5 years in logistics, purchasing, or operations – preferably within the HVAC or manufacturing sector

Education: Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain (Bachelor’s in Business Management preferred)

Language: Proficient in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure timely material delivery
• Manage warehouse inventory and conduct physical counts
• Oversee freight operations, including shipment bookings and invoice validation
• Utilize Oracle Transport Management System (OTM) for shipment tracking
• Ensure HSE compliance aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
