Alfa Hubsis hiring Logistics Pricing Specialist to join their thriving company!
Expected Job Role:

• Negotiate and coordinate spot rates and quotations for LCL, FCL, FTL, Air Express, and Air Cargo shipments with forwarder networks and registered vendors.
• Analyze market trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
• Assist in securing new business by preparing accurate and strategic quotations.
• Support the sales team with pricing strategies for current and potential clients.
• Collaborate with pricing, operations, and accounting teams to ensure streamlined workflows.
• Communicate regularly with management on pricing desk performance, updates, and issues.
• Provide timely and competitive pricing support to enhance the company’s win ratio.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and update relevant stakeholders on outcomes.
• Stay up to date with global freight market conditions and share insights with internal teams.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor pricing strategies to support business goals.
• Maintain organized records of rate sheets, quotations, and correspondence.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding/import/logistics industry.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours when required.
• Solid knowledge of freight pricing principles, including import/export, air/ocean modes.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.

Working conditions:

• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
