Job Description

  1. Building a new logistics on-demand delivery service.
  2. Managing reduction of delivery time.
  3. Managing delivery experience NPS score improvements.
  4. Enhancing orders stacking process.
  5. Managing reduction of all Hungerstation failures logistical, Vendor operation, and customers.
  6. Working with Delivery hero central team to enhance logistics service in KSA.
  7. Managing reduction of wastage per order.
  8. Managing changing logistics operation model from On-demand to shift model.
  9. Managing enhancements of orders dispatching algorithm.
  10. Building better control metrics of riders’ performance.
  11. Managing logistics performance during Holidays, National days, and monitoring performance during the weekend.
  12. Ensure stakeholder readiness by providing training, workshops, customer and supplier communications, and any support needed for all changes within their respective field.
  13. Ensure that the Divisions involved in the change initiative are prepared for all changes required to ensure sustained morale levels and minimal impact on the culture.
  14. Review all change issues and provide recommendations on proper initiatives in order to ensure creating a vibrant work environment.
  15. Lead and guide project management teams in planning and organizing divisional and organizational projects for their respective Division.
  16. Direct and control projects to ensure that project cycles are completed, and parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope, and quality) are met, monitored, and in line with the required quality and standards.
  17. Lead initiatives and growth projects aligning corporate departments for seamless execution.

Qualifications

  1. 7+ years in Logistics or relevant experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
  3. Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
