We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who will:

  1. Track suppliers and ensure timely delivery to improve our cash conversion cycle.
  2. Manage orders with Letters of Credit or Liquidated Damages, ensuring compliance and avoiding additional costs.
  3. Understand import/export clearance requirements in the Middle East & Africa, including product regulations and ministry approvals, pre-organizing documentation for smooth customs clearance.
  4. Arrange logistical documents in accordance with customer contracts, customs, and VAT regulations.
  5. Negotiate with freight forwarders to optimize shipping costs and handle shipments per project requirements.
  6. Maintain thorough documentation for all import/export activities.
  7. Stay updated on ICC Incoterms 2020 and ensure shipments comply with agreed terms.
  8. Share logistical knowledge with sales and project teams and adapt to company challenges.
