Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage our logistics operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and transportation, with a proven track record of optimizing processes and improving efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Logistics Operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Optimize Supply Chain: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics activities comply with local regulations and company policies, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or disruptions in the logistics process promptly and effectively.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on logistics performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor&aposs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master&aposs degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the retail, apparel, and fashion industry, as well as software development logistics, is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Location:

This is an on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to relocate or currently reside in the area.
