We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Logistics Manager to lead and drive Logistics Operations (transportation, warehouse, and network optimization) & continuous improvement projects aimed at improving service, reducing logistics costs, and reducing inventory in the region.

The Logistics Manager acts as the single point of contact for all logistics-related topics in the region, internally and externally, and will communicate and coordinate between various functions within KONE.

The responsibilities include leading, directing, and controlling logistics operations, policies, procedures, and activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. The role involves being the focal point for KONE and logistics service providers regarding materials volume planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, customs clearance, regulatory approvals, transport, and distribution. The manager will oversee the logistics budget, analyze logistics spend, monitor cost-effectiveness, and execute continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.

Establish KPIs & SLAs in areas such as transit and delivery times, inventory levels, transportation costs, warehousing costs, and service standards, and monitor performance against these metrics. Maintain and evaluate relationships and contracts with logistics service providers to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost standards. Develop reports, data analytics, and dashboards for metrics visibility and communication.

Responsible for conducting timely cycle counts and physical inventories to meet KPIs, and for developing, coaching, and leading the logistics team. Support warehousing optimization and lean projects.

Minimum 5-7 years of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management, with extensive experience in logistics operations, warehouse, inventory management, transportation, customs clearance, and supply chain management in Saudi Arabia. Proficiency in IT, data analytics, digital reporting, and project management is required, along with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Experience in a compliant supply chain and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment are essential.
