Job Description

1. Managing all riders/drivers on ground.
2. Following up for daily cash collection from riders/drivers.
3. Preparing Excel sheets for COD and delivery.
4. Overseeing the entire supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining high service levels.
5. Developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with company objectives, optimizing routes and transportation methods for efficiency.
6. Managing relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate favorable terms and enhance service quality.
7. Ensuring compliance with local and international transportation and customs regulations to minimize risks and delays.
8. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, to align logistics operations with overall business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
