Key job responsibilities

1. The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to the Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity.
2. Works with various stakeholders to support, monitor, and drive resolution of operational call outs, minimizing overall business risk and maintaining Amazon's high quality standards.
3. Dives deep into data, scrutinizes details, and foresees data implications.
4. Serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, aligning with business objectives.
5. Supports the Program team in gathering insights to enhance the program lifecycle and ensure the best experience for partners.
6. Acts promptly in notifying about off-operational situations and is a problem solver with a detail-oriented approach.
7. Communicates effectively in written and verbal form.
8. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Has at least 2+ years of experience in investigations related to managing contacts, determining root causes, and tracking process initiatives.
10. Willingness to travel.
11. Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail.
12. Demonstrates ownership, leads by example, and develops subject matter expertise in operations processes.
